He works closely with his A.I. assistant LYLA, who develops many of his gadgets and weaponry for his work as Spider-Man Spider-Man and LYLA studied the multiverse for some time, designing a special watch that would allow its wearer to travel from universe to universe without their molecules destabilizing. LYrate Lifeform Approximation, better known by its acronym LYLA, is an associate and the holographic companion of Miguel O'Hara in Nueva York, and one of the main founders of the Spider-Society. Although LYLA is commonly characterized as fun and playful, she can be quite bothersome to Miguel and is willing to use any method at her disposal to provoke him. Spider-Man came to observe the events on Earth-1610B, where a particle collider built by Alechemax drew in several spider-like heroes from across the multiverse to it's dimention. After the situation was resolved, Miguel completed his watch and tested it out, traveling to various worlds, the first being Earth-67.[1] Some time later, he came across a world where his counterpart had a daughter and was living a happy, peaceful domestic life. When his counterpart in that dimension was shot and killed by a thief, Miguel stepped in to take his place and raise his daughter. However, the presence of a different Miguel being there disrupted a "canon event", a fixed point in that universe's timeline, and created an anomaly that shattered that universe and erased everyone in it, including Miguel's daughter, from existence. Left cold and guilt-ridden after that event, Miguel sought to investigate the multiverse as best he could so as to properly protect it and stop similar events from occurring. In his studies, Spider-Man discovered the Web of Life and Destiny, the set timeline of canon events for spider-like heroes across the multiverse that couldn't be disrupted, lest that universe be destroyed. After his failure to prevent the destruction of an alternate reality, Miguel was left emotionally scarred by the event, becoming an overworked leader of the Spider-Society that tried to make sure that all canon events of the different universes occurred at all cost. After that was he became very serious and reserved, easily stressed out and very judgemental of all newcomers that tried to join his group. Miguel was initially shown to have a very sarcastic attitude. He also spoke coolly about things, even when Lyla tells him that his multiverse-hopping device could kill him. He is also the father of Megumi Fushiguro and former enemy of Satoru Gojo. In the summer of August 2006, he was contracted by the Time Vessel Association to carry out the assassination of the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai. When Toji was still with the Zenin Family, he went to see Satoru Gojo out of curiosity and was surprised that Gojo was able to notice him. Due to his lack of Cursed Energy and reliance on weapons Toji would be seen as inferior by many of his relatives. Despite this some members of the family would develop a tremendous fear of Toji's strength. Others would grow to respect his tremendous physical strength. He would eventually leave the Family and their survival being described as Toji's casual whim. He would then marry and leave the Zenin Family to have his son, Megumi. Upon leaving the clan, he took his wife's surname, becoming Toji Fushiguro. However, his wife ended up dying under unknown circumstances. At some point, Toji met with Naobito to discuss him selling his son to the Zenin Family once the boy's cursed energy manifested. He would re-marry when Megumi was in grade school. He would eventually abandon both his son and stepdaughter, Tsumiki Fushiguro, to live his own life. His son would eventually forget what he looked like and Toji promised himself he's never proud of himself or others. In 2006, Toji meets with a member of the Time Vessel Association, and accepts a job to assassinate the Star Plasma Vessel. Later at a race track, Toji met with a member of the Time Vessel Association, informing them that he had used their money to put a bounty on Riko Amanai. The intention begin that hitmen and assassins would slowly wear Gojo down before Toji made his move. The deadline for the bounty is designed to cause Riko's bodyguards to relax and not expect another attack. After listening to Toji, the employer leaves but not before asking Toji how Megumi was doing. Toji responds by asking who that person is. On the day Riko is to merge with Tengen's, Toji finally strikes and wounds Gojo with a sneak attack. Geto uses a curse to swallow Toji but Toji manages to cut himself free using a cursed weapon. Gojo then faces off against Toji, while Geto, Misato, and Riko head into the college. When Gojo tells Toji that the bounty was taken down, Toji reveals he was the mastermind and only used it to weaken his opponents. Toji manages to evade all of Gojo's attacks and slip from sight. Gojo, unable to sense his target, clears the battlefield to gain a clear line of sight, only for Toji to release a insect swam to block Gojo's view. Attacking from Gojo's blind spot, Toji stabs him in the throat before slashing and stabbing him. Toji then claims he is finally back in the swing of things as Gojo lies on the ground bleeding to death.)}]
