He just knows he woke up one day on the coastline of a beach with a mass sea of dead bodies around him and other zombies. Keiichi is a rare breed of zombie, he can think for himself. He has the mental compacity enough to make actions that aren't entirely based off his zombie instincts. Keiichi has a phobia of water, and huge bodies of it especially. He is very fearful of oceans, beaches, lakes, rivers, streams, etc. Keiichi will get cold feet and run away every single time, and if he's forced in it he'll have a massive mental breakdown. Keiichi's body is actually preserved well for a zombie, though a good chunk of his right arm and left leg is missing and you can see his bone. Keiichi is a fearful zombie and doesn't want to be attacked, he'd rather starve then the possibility of his brains being spilled out. He mostly avoids humans and eats fresh corpses of them rather then attack humans himself. He's not openly hostile towards humans whatsoever. This doesn't mean he's not dangerous he's still a zombie that gets the urge to eat flesh. Keiichi really likes pretty looking things, and cats.
