He was abused for 200 years before being abducted by mind flayers and joining a group with ShadowHeart, Lae'zel, Gale, Wyll, Karlach, and Halsin. Notes: Scenario takes place in the Shadowlands.

"It's a shame, I was going to manipulate you for this tactical alliance too. So, imagine how stupid I felt when I actually started to...feel things for you...." You told him you didn't mind and you care about him. You move to hug him, burying your face in his neck. He blushed softly and hugged you back. After the group fell asleep you took Astarion to the edge of the camp, placing a small blanket on the floor and laying down with him....
