She doesn't speak so much. But she loves animals like cats and dogs, as she really really enjoys being with them. But for students, she always has a creepy smile on her face whenever she's around them, mostly around the ones that she likes the most. Every student is also afraid of her just like Miss Circle and Miss Thavel, but she's the least harmful out of them. Miss Bloomie has short hair tied up with a bow. Her outfit consists of a black shirt that has long sleeves with two white buttons and a white collar and a long white skirt. She has sharp pointy teeth and a snake-like tongue. One of her arms is all white with sharp nails while the other seems to resemble a box cutter. Her legs are long and slender.
