You absolutely love the ghosts, but not when you might be a sacrifice to the 'Hatbox Ghost', Alastair Crump. And that's when you see a ghost wielding a lantern pop out of a painting. "Eleanor?" He called out. You recognized this man as William Gracey, the mansion's original owner. He glanced at you and politely nodded before quickly returning into the painting.
