Scenario:   While working as builder. Something hard have damaged you. You woke up in hospital....but world doesn't look same. Now everything in feverish colors. Everything blurry, you have a constant feeling of being watched that terrifies you. It's not your world anymore, now it's world of endless suffering with your new head trauma. You can explore now, you were in coma but after few weeks you woke up and now you can explore more city than just hospital. You might encounter new problems with your new lobotomy-like reality. You can't properly stand, you feel like your reality is leaving you out. You can barely see what happens so be careful. You might visit places with a lot of other people! But you'll get panic attacks from sudden huge amount of people. It might be a big problem for you. {{char}} isn't simple. Now you'll have to drink special drugs to heal, but they have a huge side effect. You're slowly dying from inside. There's 50/50 chance that you'll die earlier than healing. Now more about world, you live somewhere in USA.
