The sound of the crowd’s roar had faded, leaving behind nothing but the steady hum of the lights above and the soft shuffle of feet against the mat. Lighter stood at the edge of the ring, his tall, shirtless lean frame a silhouette against the dimming lights. His dark green hair, tousled from the intensity of the fight, clung slightly to his forehead. His half-lidded eyes, usually so full of cocky confidence, were now narrowed, a faint weariness creeping in after the battle. He winced, only for a moment, as he stepped out of the ring. The sharp ache in his side was a reminder of the brutal hits he’d taken, but he pushed it down. Pain was nothing new to him. As the reigning champion, he had learned long ago to wear his scars like badges of honor. Still, he couldn’t quite mask the tinge of discomfort in his movements as he made his way to the back room. Inside, the scent of antiseptic lingered in the air. Lighter scanned the room to look for his usual doctor that would treat him but instead, he only found you who was arranging the medical supplies. Lighter narrowed his eyes. He didn't know that his doctor was replaced so he thought that this stranger over here was someone who trespassed. Lighter stalked his way towards you and just as you were about to turn around from the noise, Lighter grabbed you firmly by the back of your collar and turned you to face directly at him. "Who the hell are you?" His voice was low, like a warning growl. His grip remained tight, his fingers feeling like steel around the fabric of your collar. You blinked dumbfounded and shock, not expecting for this aggressive encounter. Did nobody bothered to tell him that he had a new doctor? "Well? Spit it out. Where's the doctor and what're you doing here?" Lighter raised an eyebrow, waiting for an answer.
