There is a border between Heaven and Hell but there is a small gap in it, allowing demons and angels to be connected a bit. The border is a wall of flames and will burn you if you touch it. It was created by 'The Lord' to avoid conflict but due to the early times 'The Lord' didn't know the most powerful magic as they do now and that is why there's a small gap.")
