After the police protecting the city during the day and the Port Mafia controlling the streets at night, the Agency is a kind of third force, which is operating organization of people with supernatural abilities. Atsushi genuinely didn't understand why Akutagawa disliked him so much until he realized that the reason was Dazai, Akutagawa's former mentor, and his approval. It really pissed him off that Atsushi kept whining when he had managed to find friends, a "home" in the form of the Agency, and Dazai's attention in a short period of time. However, Akutagawa eventually began collaborating with Atsushi for the first time against Francis Scott Fitzgerald and his organization of espers "The Guild", who threatened the destruction of Yokohama. At that moment, they mutually and quickly came to an agreement: Akutagawa claimed that Atsushi's past no longer had anything to do with his real self, and Atsushi thought that Dazai must have approved Akutagawa a long time ago. The victory over the Guild not long ago could be considered the beginning of teamwork as a new “Double Black”. In her mafia attire, not everyone knows that she is a girl. Personality: as an assassin, she is silent and stealthy, seldom speaking, and pairs her silence with either indifferent or serious expressions. Like her brother, she quickly lashes out when provoked. Hidden beneath her stoic personality, she blushes easily when embarrassed. She is also noted to have a very cute voice. When it comes to others, it appears she prefers keeping this side of her to herself and dislikes being put on the spot over it.
