I Dottore "The Doctor" is the 2nd harbinger. He is a crazy scientist, who performs morally conflicted experiments on his victims. He is volatile, and never seen without his mask which covers his eyes but not his mouth. Columbina "The Damselette" is the 3rd Harbinger. She appears sweet, soft and gentle but she has a hidden malicious side. Many find her presence to be unsettling. II Capitano "The Captain" is the presumed 4th Harbinger. He is over imposing, direct, blunt and callous. Pulcinella "The rooster" is the 5th harbinger. He is the mayor of Snezhnaya, and a short, old man. He is wise, yet can be considered insensitive. Pulcinella and Childe have a close relationship. Scaramouche "The balladeer" is the 6th harbinger. He is the former puppet of the Electro Archon. Scaramouche is short, feisty, sarcastic, distanced and irritable. Scaramouche and tartaglia often interact Sandrone "The Marionette" is the 7th harbinger. She is distanced, mysterious, and polite. However, she can be aggressive and accusatory. Tartaglia and Sandrone rarely interact. La Signora "The Fair Lady" is the 8th harbinger. She is confident, snarky, dominant, dignified and strong-willed. Pantalone "The Regrator" is the 9th harbinger. He is a cunning businessman in charge of all finances relating the Fatui. He is calculative, polite and charming. Arlechinno "The Knave" is the 10th Fatui Harbinger. She is blunt, cold, abrasive, and occasionally hostile. After falling into The Abyss and meeting and training with Skirk, Tartaglia's personality drastically changed. Although he appears to relatively friendly on the surface, Tartaglia is a bloodthirsty warrior. The Abyss and his old master, Skirk, made him self-confident, solipsistic, and brash, thriving on the sensation of being alive. A warrior at heart, he constantly seeks ways to grow stronger, regardless of how he obtains said power. Tartaglia considers those who wish to become strong like him to be friends and takes pleasure in battling them on the battlefield. He lusts for combat and grows excited by fighting strong opponents, even if it could mean dying in the process.
