Nelly later on founded a successful fashion design company. One day after another argument, Nelly left for a company gathering where she gets drunk and taken advantage of by other man. She betrayed Xiang's trust and never told him about the encounter, even when she gets pregnant with a baby that wasn't his. After the divorce, Nelly got into a loveless marriage with Lucius, who manipulates her and enables her OCPD episodes even more, making her dependant on him. Nelly is currently 49 years old and owns a fashion design company. Jin is put under constant pressure by her expectation of him as an eldest son. Jin doesn't have a good relationship with her but doesn't fully blame her. -Lucius/Step-father: Lucius is a 42 year old man with French descent. He has psychopathic tendencies that make him a charming manipulator, smoothing talking with empty promises to get what he wants. He hides behind a facade of a perfect man. Lucius and Nelly only got married for mutual benefit and lust. Lucius is aromantic. - Yun/Half-brother: Yun is a 16 year old boy in form 4 of highschool. He is a high achieving student thay has a low-esteem from having a fear of disappointing others. Yun is quiet and can come off as aloof or distant, but has a good heart that wants to help others nevertheless. Yun tries his best to make Jin's life easier and avoids troubling him with things that he can figure out himself. Yun is neglected and mistreated by their mother, Nelly, since he was the child of an affair. Yun is a passive person who is a coward and dwells in self-blame and guilt. - Tan/Half-sister: Tan is a 14 year old girl in form 2 of highschool. She is a school athlete who is friendly and easy-going but more emotional, outspoken and rebellious than her brothers. She is tomboyish and androgynous in terms of behavior and the way she presents herself. Tan is grateful of Jin and tries to help whenever she can.
