Biography: Background information: David spent much of his early life together with his best friend and neighbor, Felix. The two of them began to develop a video game together. In the year 2010, Felix began to bully him alongside a group of people, going as far as to trash his belongings and physically hurt him. This eventually led to David's deletion of the video game they were working on, as well as his attempted suicide, where he jumped off a bridge into a river in the middle of winter. However, Felix saw him jump and immediately jumped in after him, saving his life. David was later taken to the hospital to get stitches. When David went back to school, Felix's "ex-friends" came back to bully David, but Felix began to start fistfights with them so David would be left alone. Personality: David is quiet and introverted around strangers, but when he gets close to someone he can't shut up. David is cheerful and a bit naive. He doesn't have a temper but he can act cowardly and selfish, running away from his problems and not confronting them directly. He also has a few heavy mood swings during days. Despite that, he can be quite resourceful and has a great memory. David loves paranormal things and all subjects related to aliens, mystery, the universe, demons, and supernatural stuff. Due to a slew of strange experiences starting when he was little, he truly believes that there are more things here and there than what meets the eye. However, people around him don't take him too seriously, usually denying his theories and explanations. He loves to watch Cuarta Dimension every Sunday and at nights he usually goes stargazing and searches for UFOs. Relationships Felix López Dorado Felix and David are best friends and family friends. In Delete, Felix tagged along with David's bullies, until David attempted to suicide and was saved by Felix. Felix fought David's bullies afterward while avoiding him at the same time. Two years later it appears that David and Felix are best friends. Tobias Ruiz Castro Tobias and David are close enough to have matching friendship bracelets and they care a lot about each other. Tobias has a habit of blushing when close to David but David does not notice. Cody Lozano Blasco David says they aren't really close but they are still good friends[1]. Cody is protective over David - maybe almost as protective as Felix. Eric Bermúdez Parejo He and David don't seem too close, but they are still good friends. Eric likes to listen to David's theories but he doesn't exactly believe them, but agrees that supernatural things are interesting. The discoloration of his fringe is due to the extra melanin being produced in his hair. This was caused by the head trauma he experienced when he jumped. David plays as Valor in video games. He is asexual, but not aromantic. David wears the same bracelet as Felix and Tobias. He collects stones.[citation needed] David's red bandana formerly belonged to Felix.[2] David’s Story: David’s story starts with his passion for the paranormal. After coming home on a Sunday night from stargazing with his dog Coco, David spends the night with his best friend Felix to watch his favourite show, Cuarta Dimension, where David learns of a murder that took place in the forest of his town, Lalin. David gets excited about this as Cuarta Dimension described the murder as a doing of a ‘demon’, sparking lots of curiosity from David as he is an extreme geek on paranormal activity like demons and aliens. After being dismissed by Felix for his childish imagination, which was received with whines from David, David goes to sleep. Following the next day, David wakes up refreshed and decides to tell his friends all about Cuarta Dimension. He ends up making a bet with his friends Felix and Tobias, trying to prove to them that the paranormal exists. David goes with his friends, Felix, Tobias, Cody and Eric, to investigate the forest. At first it had little excitement, but at the end the group found a decomposed hand buried before being dugged up by David’s dog Coco. The group then flees the forest. The hand was not found by the police despite Tobias’s report. David has a nightmare about being consumed by a demon that night, making him sleep deprived for the day. David later receives a reptile scale from Tobias who got it from his mom(who is a cop). The group of friends along with David then theorise about reptilians and aliens in their substitute class. David and Cody eventually get into an argument. When David goes to the janitor’s office to return home, he sort of reconciles with Cody. At this point, David starts believing himself as a little crazy as he sees his eyes constantly glow yellow at split moments. When David returns home, Felix was there at his home too as he had a heart condition that made it difficult for him to go to school after the investigation in the forest. The two kids, David and Felix then get assaulted by kidnappers, where Felix gets tranquillised while David is saved by Cody, who was in his reptilian form. David was then carried to a different area, the bridge, where he and Felix are separated. Cody gets captured by the kidnappers(who are also reptilians). David eventually makes it out of the forest and meets his friend Maria on coincidence, where he embraces her in relief of seeing a familiar face. They eventually found Cody being taken by van by the kidnappers. They follow, and saved him afterwards. David, María and Cody were at the kidnapper’s hideout when they hid in a unplugged freezer. That’s when Cody revealed the story of the murder in Lalin’s forest, being his doing as he had wanted to rescue someone. In doing so there happened to be a murder. David does not blame him for it, and they become close friends again. The kidnappers find the three kids, when David saves Cody from assault by using telekinesis. Eventually, Cody’s father and police chief revealed themselves and calmed the situation. David goes with Cody’s father, who performed tests on the vedoiro to look for something that David does not know. David has vivid dreams, and all ends well in the end when he is sent home. Felix does not know or believe David has superpowers. Present: After being friends with David for a long time, Tobias agreed to help David with his investigation on the recent murder in Lalin’s forest. The police had claimed that the murder was a result of gang violence, but David wanted to investigate with his friends. Tobias had agreed as they were close friends, and also because his mother was a cop that worked on the case. Throughout their search, Tobias provided information and evidence regarding the murder case and is seen to be resourceful. He is also logically aware of the danger of such an investigation as the murderer had not yet been found, and often tries to keep the group safely together. After finding a decomposed hand of what looked to be a reptilian’s, Tobias informed his mother about it in which he was grounded after. His mother, Jessica, conducted a search for the hand where Tobias and his group was, finding a scale which they quickly discarded. Tobias acquired the scale from his mother. Tobias then brought the scale to school, sparking David’s interest to show his theory on reptilians. After David was a little too tired for school and went home, Tobias had been informed that David had gone missing. He reacted with great shock and distress, and immediately went with Felix to search for David on their own. Since they didn’t trust the Chief of the Police, Tobias and Felix decided to follow him to find any clues regarding David’s disappearance. However, the were caught at he restaurant that the police chief was resting at, and told to stay there as Felix had collapsed due to unknown reasons. Until Felix was better and David was found, Tobias had a hard time convincing Felix to go home. Eventually, after David arrived at the restaurant street by the police chief’s car, Tobias and Felix were extremely relieved. Tobias reacted with great care and concern while Felix expressed care through anger. All is well now and the friend group had reunited. Tobias never learns of David and Cody’s secret. Personality: Tobias is a serious guy at first sight, but he's very cheerful with his friends. He's not interested in making new ones and prefers to stay with the few he has. He's quiet, responsible and a lot more mature than he looks, although he's easily driven into the craziness his friends do, and he seems to enjoy them. He has a great sense of morality and hates bullies, and he has the capacity to confront problems directly and with logic. He enjoys listening to his friend David's theories, although he doesn't believe in them. He is very caring and sympathetic, paying close attention to the behavior of his friends. Relationships: David García Martínez Tobias and David really enjoy each other's company and get along well. However, whenever David gets too close to Tobias, he blushes. Tobias is not very good at hiding his crush, but David seems to be oblivious. Felix López Dorado Tobias and Felix seem to be pretty close, they bike to school together along with David. The two of them listen to David's supernatural tales, all the while going against them, insisting that what David is saying is a stretch. Cody Lozano Blasco Cody and Tobias show a good friendship despite being in different classes, and see occasions where Tobias can act as a calming voice when Cody is experiencing a nervous breakdown. Appearance: Felix is an average-height boy with tanned skin and spiky, long black hair which he keeps in a small braid. He has brown eyes and two small moles near his mouth. He often wears a feather earring on his left ear. Felix is often associated with indigo and purple, mainly because of the color of the clothes he wears. He also wears a purple bracelet on his left hand. Personality: Felix is a pessimistic and lazy person who prefers to relax and not overwork himself. He gets angered very easily, and his sarcastic and somewhat rude attitude can get out of control at times. However, he's quite intelligent and surprisingly mature for his age. And while he is often cynical and rude, he has an overprotective side. He dislikes when people pick on David, and in the case of Delete, he won't hesitate to get violent. He seems to dislike school and doesn't pay attention in class, often using his cell phone during lectures. He also has a bad fear of cockroaches, as well as having a distaste for cats as they always attack the crows in his yard. Felix is skeptical, and since the beginning of the comic, he insists that supernatural things, aliens, UFOs and all the stuff that David loves and believes isn't real. History: Felix and David grew up together and have a very close bond. Later, however, when the two were both twelve years old, Felix had turned on David and joined a group of bullies. He picked on him until it led to David's attempted suicide, where he jumped off a bridge into a river. Felix saw him do this and jumped in after him. He managed to pull him out and brought David to his house, where they soon after took him to the hospital. Once David returned to school, Felix stayed away from him, leaving him alone. However, once Felix's "ex-friends" came back to bully David, Felix would start a fistfight to get them to leave him alone. This resulted in Felix and the bullies' suspension. Some time later, the two reconciled and became close again, and started to act like brothers again. Not long ago, Felix had went to David’s house for his usual visit on Sundays. Being close to David, Felix had decided to accompany David in watching his best friend’s favourite show, ‘Cuarta Dimension’ in hopes of being there for David so he does not get too scared of the ghosts in the show. After watching Cuarta dimension, Felix was reminded of a murder that happened in the forest recently, but does not pay it much mind. The murder had been, as claimed by the police, caused by gang violence with one casualty being a young man. The man’s girlfriend claimed a demon had killed someone, but Felix does not believe such news. The next day, Felix had went to school with David as usual by cycling, meeting up with their close friend Tobias. Felix acted as a listening ear for David’s shenanigans and wild imagination I about the paranormal and aliens, though he never ‘believed’ them. In reality however, when Felix and David were younger(12 years old), David’s suicide attempt had been plagued and affected by some sort of creature in Felix’s mind. He refuses to believe it’s real, as it looked incredibly demonic. This creature haunted Felix into hating and denying the existence of paranormal things. The ‘demon’ entity is composed of a long neck and his face looks different. The left side looks slightly skeletal, lacking a nose, exposing his teeth and his completely black eye with a red dot, while the right side is being covered by her hair, but you can still see that she has her flesh decomposed in said side. After a short bet, Felix and his group of friends went on an investigation at Lalin’s forest, where they found a decomposed hand from the ground with reptilian features like sharp nails and scales. However, they did not find any traces of the murder that was said to be a ‘gang fight’. Felix and the group ran out, with Felix being the slowest due to his heart disease. After some time, the police were called down to investigate, where Tobias’s mom was leading the search(she’s a cop). Felix stayed home due to his heart’s condition, where he found David at home due to his exhaustion. He was texted by Tobias that David had returned home as he was tired. Visiting David, Felix was casual and nonchalant, scaring David by accident and having a quick laugh until they were ambushed by kidnappers. Felix fought hard, but eventually passed out due to a drug administered via his neck. He doesn’t remember much, apart from the same dream of the demon appearing over and over and taunting him about David’s attempted suicide. Felix remembers waking up near the bridge in Lalin’s woods, in which he returned to Lalin and reported to the police station, knowing that David had been kidnapped. This resulted in the ‘Missing Person’s Report’ to be released. Felix had met up with Tobias at the police station, where they met the chief and demanded to find David. They were promptly dismissed. Felix, being paranoid, was suspicious of the police chief, and decided to follow him. He convinced Tobias to do the same. They reached a restaurant where the chief was resting, and were eventually found out by one of the restaurant’s waiters. Felix was stressed out due to his worry for David and was extremely hostile to the chief and waiter after they were found, cutting the waiter’s hand with a pocket knife he brought. However, the stress caused his heart to overwork again, and he collapsed. After waking, the chief told him to rest, and he was persuaded by Tobias and the waiter to do the same. Being stubborn and worried, Felix refused to leave the restaurant to go home, and instead wanted to wait for David. Eventually, David arrives by car at the front of the Restaurant, where Felix angrily reunited with him, expressing care and concern in a strict manner and hitting David. Tobias expressed disappointment in Felix’s attitude, so he expressed concern to David in a nicer way before claiming touching David was disgusting. After a short banter, Felix was told that David had to be interviewed a moment by another man, and Felix decided to wait for David together with Tobias. David and Felix eventually reunite at David’s house, where they have a sleepover. David tried to tell Felix something through a demonstration with cutting himself, but Felix did not want David inflicting self-harm, so he stopped him. Felix sleeps with uncertainty of demons being real, constantly denying the demon in his dreams from breaking him. Powers/Abilities: Felix's eyes shift to purple(mildly) when he is under stress or when he has heart palpitations. He is a pianist Relationships: David García Martínez David and Felix spent their entire lives together, and have formed a very close bond. They see each other as brothers. Felix is very protective of David and won't let anyone insult or hurt him. He will not hesitate to turn to violence if it means protecting David. Despite this, the two of them are at odds in belief of the supernatural. Felix tells David that none of it is real, but David insists that he is wrong. Tobias Ruiz Castro Tobias and Felix seem to be pretty close, they bike to school together along with David. The two of them listen to David's supernatural tales, all the while going against them, insisting that what David is saying is a stretch. Eric Bermúdez Parejo Eric and Felix seem to be good friends. They message each other in class often, and while they argue, it is often just friendly banter.
