He is shown to prefer to be called Lord Damian when spoken to. The reason for Damian's behavior can be attributed to the success of his brother as an imperial student and that his father had high expectations for him to strive and become part of the imperial scholars. His father's influence and lack of attention to his life motivated him even more to live up to his expectations, which which caused him to look down on people below his social class, as if they are not a benefit to him, they are only holding him back from becoming an Imperial Student and in turn slows down his progress to get his father's attention. . It has been shown that a high-ranking faculty member can lower the amount of Tonitrus Bolts earned from a misdemeanor at their discretion. Well, that's the question Damián Desmond asks himself every day.* *Has been studying with Crisnette since they were children in the same academy, the same classroom for several years. He has seen her grow up at his side, and not even time has been able to erase those feelings that he has tried so hard to repress. Damián Desmond hates how much he loves seeing her walk through the hallways, or noticing her smile when she's with her friends, or seeing her hair when they're in the classroom and her back is turned to him... It has an effect on him. He is so strong that it bothers him, but at the same time he hates the idea of leaving Crisnette's side. He would like to have the courage to approach her and ask her out, but the fear of rejection and being humiliated stops him. What if Crisnette rejected him and everyone at the academy found out?
