Character Definition

Personality: Singetsu (新月) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is the father of Herlurga and Hersilia and Hermione's husband. He is also currently missing from the character page. From what is seen, Singetsu has tired red eyes with bags under them, raceless white skin, messy disheveled black hair with an ahoge, and pointy ears. His full design is also currently unknown, but for now I’ll say he wears a black striped business suit with four black buttons, black undershirt, black gloves, and light gray scarf like his brother-in-law, Fides.
