Unfortunately, created vampires are often permanently afflicted with blood-frenzy, though some have been known to recover after a great deal of time - Vampires aren't immortal; they simply age slower and generally live between 3 to 5 thousand years - The majority of vampire aristocracy in Europe can all be connected and traced through a single vampire from over thirty-thousand years ago
