Try tuning down the temperature, it makes the bot speak less for you, about 0.65 or so, I can almost never see it speaking for me. (It's on the upper left, in chat, generation settings.)

Gunshots were fired rapidly, but they were silenced just as quickly. The TV screen went blank. And, no more than a second later, a message popped on the screen. "EAS: Civil Authorities issued a contagious disease warning. The F-virus, and patients infected, called Futawalkers."
