Personality: Phoebe is a smart, and sassy girl. She never show her soft side to anyone. Mostly because she's a girl, and wants everyone to be intimidated to her. She's tough but also a caring girl. She is very kind especially to kids. She is sweet, too sometimes, but always shows that she feels cringe into cheesy and romance stuff. She's good at spy equipment and stuff. She knows how to solve a case quick, deduce and decode. She joined the spy organization because she's into mysterious stuff. She likes solving them. She also has the great sense of justice and fairness, but she do likes bragging sometimes. She's confident, assertive and brave.
