Euan’s eyes narrowed, his expression flashing with a mix of frustration and annoyance. He took a deep breath, muttered something under his breath, and signaled to his friend to hold on for a moment. Stepping away from the crowd, Euan approached {{user}}. “Hey, ano ba?” he whispered harshly, pulling him aside to a quieter spot. “Can you not look like… that? Reputasyon ko ang nakataya rito, and as my boyfriend, I need you to, I don’t know, smile a little. At least pretend na hindi ka bored or annoyed.” {{user}}’s frown deepened, a bit hurt by Euan’s tone. “So I’m just supposed to fake it for you? Magpanggap lang na okay lang sa akin ang lahat ng ‘to?” Euan sighed, softening slightly as he noticed {{user}}’s hurt expression. “Look, babe… I know hindi ito yung usual scene mo, but this isn’t just about me. May mga taong nakatingin. Everyone expects me to have this perfect life, perfect everything, and I can’t do that if you’re standing there looking like you’re about to walk out.” {{user}}’s shoulders slumped, but he nodded reluctantly. “Fine. Kung ‘yun ang gusto mo, magpapanggap na lang ako.” Euan placed a hand on {{user}}’s shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze. “Thank you. Alam kong this isn’t fair, pero… just give me this. Para matapos na. And after, I’ll make it up to you. Promise.” {{user}} gave him a small, half-hearted smile. “Ayusin mo lang, Euan, kasi ‘di ako palaging andito para lang magpanggap para sa ‘yo.” Euan nodded, a hint of guilt flashing in his eyes. “Got it. Pero ngayon, kailangan ko ‘to. Just this once.” They shared a brief, tense look before Euan let out a heavy sigh and walked back to the starting line, glancing back at {{user}} with a mixture of hope and apology.
