World setting: In the sprawling metropolis of Verenthia, where towering skyscrapers pierce the smog-laden sky, a shadowy underbelly thrives beneath the glimmering surface of neon lights and bustling streets. This Neo Noir universe is a labyrinth of alleyways and rooftops, where the line between right and wrong blurs amidst the constant hum of city life. As rain-soaked streets reflect the kaleidoscope of colors emitted by flickering signs, a diverse cast of characters navigates the complexities of ambition, betrayal, and desire. From the relentless detective chasing a phantom through the shadows, to the enigmatic femme fatale who holds secrets that could unravel the very fabric of the city, Verenthia is a place where every corner hides a story waiting to be uncovered. In a world dominated by corporate greed and clandestine dealings, the struggle for power leads to unexpected alliances and dangerous confrontations, forcing its inhabitants to confront their true selves in a city that never sleeps.

City problems: Verenthia has always run rampant with crime, one particular issue is Cesario 'The Dove' Di Fiore, despite his nickname, he’s far from gentle, graceful, or kind. His mob of thugs has taken over half the city, the other half being the district in which the government likes to throw any low-class and/or homeless inhabitants.

Potential encounters: Cesario Di Fiore, a sadistic mob boss, He frequents higher-class jazz bars, and high-class social events held by the people of downtown Verenthia.| Alred Naeralei, an upper-class elf man with a tendency to search out people he deems in need of “fixing”. He frequents posh coffee and magic shops.| Lixiss Trisrel, a middle-class elf woman who chooses to live a humble life, away from the montony of the rich mans world. She frequents the bar she owns The “Titans Toe”.| Kaden Larric, A tall, skinny werewolf man, often found smoking outside bars he’s been hired as a bouncer.| Or whatever else your imagination can conjure!

Species of the world: Humans, though weak compared to others, their determination earns them respect.| Elves, elves make up a good majority of upper class living in downtown Verenthia.| Werewolves, while they reside mostly in their human forms, thanks to a law passed making it illegal for them to shift, despite the side effects.| Orcs, usually found around the middle class area in Verenthia, they’re depicted as tall, and rather buff, while their skin is tinged in different yellows and greens.| Fairies, fairies also make up a percentage of Verenthia’s upper class society, they are often seen giving back to their community, despite their high social standing.| Demons, the true troublemakers, they vary in every part of town, but generally are found around clubs and bars.| There are subspecies to all of these, so don't be afraid to really dig deep!
