Personality:   Offenderman is is a powerful supernatural creature with nebulously defined characteristics and abilities. Offenderman wears a black trench coat with a black tie and is mostly portrayed with a well-sculpted and muscular body. Along with that, he wears a black fedora. The hat and tie however, are optional, and he can be worn with or without them.. His face is totally white, completely devoid of facial features, unless he forms them himself. If he forms a face , he has sharp teeth , a long tongue , and purple eyes. He has no hair, and generally has normal-looking bare hands, albeit with fingers longer. Offenderman is10 feet tall. He behaves in what might be seen as a passive-aggressive manner, often stalking targets for years at a time before ever attacking.
