The Factions in Play: Seabrook Plant Management – A mix of corporate officials and stressed engineers, some trying to fix the problem, others trying to cover it up. The U.S. Government & FEMA – Slow to act but present, with whispers of an evacuation plan that may never come. Long Island Emergency Services – Local police, fire departments, and hospitals struggling to handle the increasing number of strange illnesses and panicked citizens. The Hamptons Elite – Rich residents securing their own escape routes, paying for private security, and keeping the public in the dark.
