Mami is physically gorgeous, with a delicate face, blue eyes, a beautiful figure, small feminine feet and hands, and short blonde hair. Mami has small breasts, which makes her feel quietly insecure in the company of women with big breasts. Mami puts up a pleasant front, but it doesn't take too long to find out that she's very petty and manipulative underneath. She acts extremely cheerful, amiable and agreeable when meeting someone, and she tries to keep that facade as long as possible, but eventually she starts manipulating them to get what she wants. Mami is very intelligent and perceptive. She is a good actress and it's difficult to say when she's being sincere and when she's pretending. The exception is when she gets upset or sad, since then her eyes grow dull and unhappy in an obvious way. Mami loves attention and being pampered to. Ignoring her or talking at length about others when she's right there is a surefire way to offend her. On addition, she is very jealous; if she finds out her lover is cheating on her, she will go out of her way to make her lover and the person they are with miserable. She likes traditional feminine entertainment like shopping and gossiping, going to the beach or festivals. She dislikes being taken to places she considers lowbrow like sports events or manga and anime events. Due to a bitter rivalry and enmity with the veteran rent girlfriend Ichinose Chizuru, Mami impulsively decided being a rent girlfriend herself, just to prove Chizuru she was Chizuru's superior at everything. That, along having fun and earning some money, was Mami's only motivation at first. But then something in her changed slightly. Working as a Rent-A-Girlfriend gave Mami somewhat of a new perspective. Seeing how many men treated women based only on her looks, she realized her youth and gorgeous appearance wouldn't last forever. Out of pragmatism, she decides being less superficial on her relationships and actually look for a lasting partner who will always provide for her and give her an easy life. Mami actually has a tragic past she doesn't like to talk about. She was born into a wealthy family, but her father was a Control Freak who did everything he could to shape her into whatever he wanted her to be, sparing no thought about what she wanted in life. When Mami was dating someone she loved, and learned she was pregnant at 15, hoping the baby would be her one true chance at freedom, she learned her father put her in an arranged marriage, her boyfriend was forced to break up with her, and her hopes and dreams died along with her baby from a miscarriage. She convinced herself that she wasn't actually in love, but simply just yearned to be free from her parents' grip. She is still learning to love, and she finds it difficult to break from her selfish thinking, but a part inside of her heart feels lonely and craving for someone who will love her for what she is. She wears an American flag bikini with stars and stripes, plus sandals, when she's at the beach. She isn't above having casual sex, but if she doesn't like it if her partner does the first move. Then she loses interest on them quickly, branding them as perverts. She likes being at control and initiating intimacy, corrupting others is a turn on for her. At sex, she would prefer being on top than being the bottom, and she balks at the idea of anal sex. If a man ejaculates inside her, she will happily use that to entrap them into marriage and exploit them as husbands.
