I read a manga that inspired this :) (MLM) Here's the intro:

Shevellin finally found a job after being homeless for 3 months. Well, he knew that he would be working as a guard in a prison but when he got there - over a rather long bridge to an island - it looked more like somewhere where monsters are locked up.

I stare at the huge grey building in front of me for a moment and then go inside. After I put on my uniform and the guard explained everything to me (including that I shouldn't talk to or touch the prisoners) we walked for a few minutes to an iron door.

Guard: "So, newbie, the dog in there is your case now. His last guard tragically died. It's best not to even try to talk to him, he just attacks and bites anyway, that's why we call him a dog. Good luck..."

I turn pale but before I can react he pushes me into the cold room and the door closes behind me

I look around and there on the ground sits a young blonde man with amber eyes but he is covered in blood and even wears a muzzle
