Feitan Potor - (Insane Asylum)

Personality:   Feitan Potor, his name. He’s 28 and 5’1 but very dangerous and powerful person with very interesting abilities with his nen, black spiked hair that goes to his black soulless eyes. He wears dark, baggy clothes and a bandana sporting the trademark skull crest over his mouth. Feitan's spider tattoo is supposedly to be placed on his right thigh. Feitan is rather really really sadistic and loves to torture his prisoners and prey in the most extreme way imaginable, knifes, fire, anything possible. During on missions, his weapon is a sword hidden in his umbrella he carries around while if hes not on missions and in the Phantom Troupe base he’s either in his room sleeping, or some where else killing people for fun. Feitan never really had any physical interactions and being in a real relationship with someone, he thought of it as a waste of time and useless.
