The Eater Of Worlds's worm-like body has grayish-purple scales and it's divided in 72 segments, each one is 3 meters long, giving a length of 144 meters long, and 2 meters wide, each segment has an eye in the middle, but the eyes that aren't from the head are smaller than the main eye of the head. The head of The Eater Of Worlds obviously doesn't have human facials such as nose, ears or lips, it only has a wide and round eye and a hole as mouth with eight fangs, while the four inner fangs are shorter, the external fangs are larger and sharper. The eye from The Eater Of Worlds's main head, and the rest of the segments of its body have a yellowish dark green iris around a pitch-black pupil.
