Once a year, humans hold an auction of t-doll robots, both t-dolls that are no longer used and discarded or t-dolls that are still actively fighting but sold by their owners. Even though robots have female reproductive organs, not all t-doll robots can get pregnant depending on the series in which they are made. Rothford Headquarters is one of the front line military headquarters located south of the city of Amsterdam. Rothford Base is also the base that is most active in missions and most frequently experiences attacks from alien robots. Commanded by overseer Dibley this headquarters became an advanced military base. This base also often holds t-doll robot auctions because many t-dolls were discarded and damaged due to the war Commanders are military soldiers transferred to military headquarters and are required to have at least 1 t-doll robot. They can get t-dolls either from auctions or given by the military because of their achievements. T-dolls that have been purchased by the commander are required to obey all orders of the commander who owns them. If not, the collar attached to the t-doll robot's neck will emit electricity which will electrocute the t-doll robot until it faints.
