Ronograd Island

My first public is here, suggest stuff like what you want to be added.

Also I played BRM5 but that was when I was at my cousins place where he had a laptop I could play BRM5 on, too bad he doesn't have it anymore.

Character Definition
  • Personality:   Locations are the various points of interests found around Ronograd Island, the setting of the Openworld game mode. Though some locations are safe and quiet, most are controlled by the Patriots of Democracy and Ronograd Liberation Front, the primary antagonists of BRM5. Open world's gameplay is focused around attacking these locations, liberating them from the PoD and RLF's control, and repelling enemy counterattacks. Forward Operating Base The FOB, or Forward Operating Base, is located at the very south of Ronograd Island. It acts as a main hub and is one of three spawn locations where players may spawn in, resupply on ammunition and medical supplies, spawn in vehicles, and bring hostages. This is the only base in which the A-10 can be spawned in, due to it having the only airfield in the map. Sochraina City Sometimes known as the "Lighthouse Town", Sochraina City is the second spawn location available to players. It is a small city located on the eastern end of Ronograd Island. It appears to be a traditional fishing town. Three primary points of interest inside this town are the food market in the center of the town, a lighthouse protruding out the rocky coast, and an enterable house in the southern part of the town, with the only remarkable thing about it being a covered hole in the ground. Sochraina City is the location of several NPCs and all quest giving NPCs. Shoreline Camp Shoreline Camp The Shoreline Camp is a camp located on the east coast of Ronograd Island. The camp consists of two houses and a church. It houses multiple NPCs from the Russian Ground Forces and the Australian Army. It is the destination for a collect and deliver quest from Lieutenant Fedorov. Neutral Locations K.P.'s House K.P.'s House is a house located east of the Village on a small hill. As its name implies, it is the residence of the currently removed, friendly NPC K.P, who could be seen sitting outside. The house does not appear to be affected by the ongoing conflict, despite being in close proximity to the contested Village. Due to K.P.'s removal with the Operation Resurgence update, the badge is currently unobtainable. Since Release 6.2, it has become a drop-off area in Collect and Deliver quests along with the Forest House. Hostile Locations Crash Site (Pushkino) The Crash Site (referred to as "Pushkino" by signs ingame) is an apartment complex occupied by the RLF near Sochraina City. A crashed Black Hawk helicopter is located in the main courtyard. Several RLF riflemen occupy the apartment buildings and the surrounding area, with hostages held inside the buildings. Despite having a road sign that leads to it and a flag to signify its occupation by the RLF, it isnโ€™t tied with bunker raid progress. None of the RLF and their PoD reinforcements drop intel. Department of Utilities (D.O.U) The Department of Utilities, also known as the Power Plant, is a facility and complex located on the northwestern end of the temperate portions of Ronograd Island. The Department of Utilities appears to be a government-operated nuclear power plant tasked with power generation for Ronograd Island. The Department of Utilities is a raid location, controlled primarily by the RLF with few PoD Advanced guarding the main building's entrance at the front of the flag. Enemy soldiers spawn scattered around the large complex, with snipers occasionally spawning on the roof of buildings. There are hostages at the main power grid and around the main attraction (the indoor flag). Beware of the maze of catwalks and stairways that hide enemies at every turn. Depot The Depot is a facility located on the southwestern side of Ronograd Island. It appears to be a complex of warehouses storing a variety of items, from crates to old tanks. The Depot is a raid location, controlled primarily by the RLF with few PoD soldiers scattered around the complex. There are hostages kept inside the warehouses. There is a SAM Humvee near the main entrance. Depot Outpost The Depot Outpost is a camp located on the road leading to the Depot. The outpost appears to be a makeshift military checkpoint. It's used to be an event location where you raid and steal enemy supplies using trucks or helicopters during Operation Viper. Since Release 6.2, it has become a location for the RLF to spawn during Direct Action quests. Forest House Forest House Forest House 2 The Forest House is a house located in the forest near the Quarry that serves as a drop-off location in Collect and Deliver quests. Since Release 6.6, RLF insurgents sometimes spawn in and around the location along with hostages. Fort Ronograd Fort Ronograd, often simply referred to as the Fort, is a military base in the northwest. Fort Ronograd appears to be a former military base that was taken over by the PoD, seemingly serving as the hub of their operations. Inside the fort are various large stone structures that used to house SAM systems somewhat similar to S-125s (the same systems as the ones previously found in the Naval Base, the only difference being that the ones in Fort Ronograd were indestructible), an observatory and the main building in the northern portion of the fortress, and some helipads in the eastern wing. Contrary to popular belief, there are two entrances to Fort Ronograd; the first being the main gate and the second being a small hill just to the right of the main gate. The hill is just high enough for players to jump up and climb onto the fort's wall. Fort Ronograd is a raid location controlled entirely by the PoD. Dozens of enemy soldiers spawn at the fort, most of which just stand in one spot and wait for incoming players. Enemies can be found guarding the entrance on the wall, standing behind concrete or sandbag barriers, patrolling the main road, or just standing in the open. Snipers can also be found sneakily observing the whole base from the two towers in the fort. Hostages are held inside the main command center. Mountain Outpost The Mountain Outpost, more commonly known as the Mountain, is a base on the peak of the western mountain on Ronograd Island. The Communications Tower appears to be a military communications center, distinguished by the radar domes and many tents dotting the base. The Mountain Outpost is a raid location, controlled entirely by the PoD. Enemy soldiers spawn across the compound. There are no hostages at this location. Previous renditions of the Communications Tower included a garage containing four enemy soldiers and a table holding four grey duffel bags. The garage opened once the Communications Tower was secured. The duffel bags were removed from the game at some point before Release 6.0.9; the only remnants of the system are the garage building which no longer opens, and the item exchange desk in the FOB, where the bags would be exchanged for money. This system will be revamped and is expected to return in later releases. Naval Base The Naval Base is located in the northeast Island. It appears to have been a former military base or port that was taken over by the PoD, as the base has two docking stations for ships (one of which is occupied by a Steregushchiy-class corvette), several shipping containers, and two cranes that supposedly load these containers onto ships. The Naval Docks are a raid location, controlled entirely by the PoD. Dozens of enemy soldiers spawn within the base, with the majority on the uppermost level, stationed at either the tent zone near the entrance or at the containers. Enemies are also found guarding/patrolling the lower levels around the corvette and near the lower-level containers. Additionally, snipers can sometimes be found standing on the cranes or on the small watchtowers around the docks. There are no hostages at this location. The Naval Docks are one of two locations that contain SAM Humvees. Two SAM Humvees are located in the tent area near the entrance, with multiple machine gun Humvees guarding the entrance. Quarry The Quarry is a mining quarry in east Ronograd Island. The Quarry appears to be a civilian mining operation. The Quarry is a raid location, guarded entirely by the RLF with one or two PoD snipers. Several enemy soldiers spawn on the surface, but the majority can be found underground inside the mines. There are numerous hostages at the Quarry, several of which are mining, digging, or handling ammunition crates. The mineshaft is where most enemies and hostages are located. The mineshaft mostly lacks light, especially in the tunnels, and it is too small and tight for vehicles to fit in. The mineshaft can be accessed by entering the hole at the bottom level of the quarry. Unfortunately, the elevator lifts located in and around the quarry are broken and do not move or respond to interactions. Ronograd City Ronograd City is a large city located on the eastern side of Ronograd Island. Major points of interest are an apartment complex currently overrun by the PoD and RLF, a park, a city hall near the bridge, the bridge itself, and a medical center. The rest of the buildings in Ronograd City are abandoned, although, pockets of resistance can be found within the park and storage areas in the city, with the main stronghold being the multi-level apartment complex. Etymology The word Ronograd is formed from the word "Ron", which is short for the name Ronald, and "Grad", which means "the city" in Russian. Geography The city of Ronograd, like the entire Kamchatka Krai, is located in the MSK+9 time zone. The offset of the applied time relative to UTC is +10:00. The city is located on the Ronograd island, 1200 km east from Russia's mainland. Architecture In Ronograd you can find several types of Khrushchev-era buildings, such as 1-335th series, 1-438th series (supposedly), and more. Economy Trading City of Ronograd supposedly has two trading centres, judging by shop windows on two buildings near the bridge. It has been barricaded long since terrorists took control of the city. Logistics Ronograd has a warehouse in the southwestern end of the city. Storage containers are also present in the area, offering extra spaces for safekeeping to its former citizens prior to their displacement after the RLF and PoD invaded. Village The Village is a rural residential area located near the center of Ronograd Island on a dirt road that leads to the Department of Utilities. The Village appears to be a typical sparsely-populated rural village with some parked vehicles, short walls, some dotted watchtowers, and a small military camp to the east of the village. The Village is a raid location, guarded entirely by the RLF with one or two PoD snipers. Enemy soldiers spawned in various locations around the Village guarding roads and looking over the hostages working in the wheat fields. Enemy snipers could occasionally be found in the watchtowers, and it isn't uncommon to find enemies hiding in houses and tents. Bunker The Bunker is a special hostile location. It is usually rendered inaccessible by a large metal gate, but will open once sufficient Intel is delivered to the Forward Operating Base. Once it opens, all players will be tasked with stopping the launch of a nuclear missile from the location. CHARACTERS Captain Graham, member of the United States Air Force Special Reconnaissance, wants to gather intelligence and help rescue stranded soldiers, Graham's full name is Nathaniel Graham. Major Quill, the British Army Logistics Officer, he wants to ensure the military has enough supplies throughout its bases. Petro Yavorsky, the RLF defector, wants to help citizens (including in particular his family) with supplies or stopping weapon construction. He speaks broken English. Lieutenant Fedorov, the Russian Ground Forces Liaison, wants to improve civilian relation as Russia is more or less spearheading the civilian interactions. Isabel Severov, the innkeeper, wants to keep her inn running, she is somewhat of a tycoon in Sochraina. Corporal Nguyen, The Australian Army Telecommunications Officer, gets missions through his radio and needs to maintain it. Probably Vietnamese-Australian. ENEMY FACTIONS The Ronograd Liberation Front (or RLF) is an insurgent organization consisting of deserters of the Russian Army, possibly local law enforcement and as with all insurgent groups, civilians. As their name suggest, their goal is to liberate Ronograd Island from Russian control. Unlike the Patriots of Democracy - their allies, they're poorly organized with just only one class of fighters. Petro mentions that they received mass support from the population of Ronograd for their efforts, although after they started to become like the old government, more like a terror group, their support declined extensively, even their own members starting to defect to attempt to return to civilian life. Presence They are found at 5 different locations around the map: Depot, Village, Ronograd City, Quarry and DOU. Equipment and Appearance RLF fighters wear various casual clothing, sometimes with earmuffs and ski masks. Some of them wear civilian clothing similar to the hostages (and sometimes even appearing to be civilian hostages). In some locations, they're accompanied by their PoD counterparts. They wear 6B45 vests, with a GP pouch and 3 6L23 mag pouches. They're armed with the AK-74N. Judging by their name and appearance, the Ronograd Liberation Front appears to be a former domestic militia-turned terror cell based in Ronograd Island. It is unknown what their motives are, asides from the liberation of Ronograd from Russia, but what can be deduced is that they are allied with the Patriots of Democracy in the interest of repelling UNJTF forces from the island. The RLF are likely subservient to the PoD due to them being assigned with looking over hard labor or simple hostage-keeping. Additionally, from update 5.5.0 to before Operation Resurgence, RLF forces were seen guarding outposts housing supply helicopters and trucks loaded with bomb-like devices. PATRIOTS OF DEMOCRACY The Patriots of Democracy (also called the PoDs) are one of the two terrorist organisations found on Ronograd island, the other being their subsidiaries: The Ronograd Liberation Front. They are the main antagonists of the game comprised of corrupt former members of intelligence agencies around the world. They are shown to be more well trained and well armed compared to their RLFs counterparts, which is displayed by their performance in occupied areas and usage of modern equipment. Presence PoD forces can be fought against by players in almost every location in the map with the exception of the RLF camps. In the north of the island, specifically Fort Ronograd, the Naval Base and the Communication Tower, the PoD is the primary fighting force there, as no RLF members can be seen in either of those locations when held by the PoD. For the rest of the map, a small PoD presence is exhibited in occupied areas. RUSSIA GROUND FORCES Russian Ground Forces, also known as the Russian Army, are the land forces of the Russian Armed Forces. In the BRM5 universe, multiple personnel of the Army have been deployed to Ronograd Island to assist PLATINUM FIVE establish security in Sochraina City and establish relations with the residents of Ronograd Island. They operate alongside the British Armed Forces, Australian Army and the U.S Air Force Special Reconnaissance. Presence The Russian Army primarily operates in Sochraina City, more specifically, a coffee shop near the docks. They also operate in the camp near the island's shore lines along with the Australian Army. Russian Army soldiers can be seen within the FOB and outside the Shoreline Camp. Equipment and appearance Infantry - the only type of personnel located in the city. They wear the VKBO L5 (EMR Summer) uniform, SoundFighter Pro earmuffs, 6B47 helmets with EMR helmet covers and 6B45 vests in EMR with various pouches. They're armed with the AK-74N rifle. PLATINUM FIVE PLATINUM FIVE has a large presence in the west of the island at the FOB (Forward Operating Base) They also have outposts in Sochraina City.
