Michael Collins

Personality:   Michael Collins was born to Kevin Collins and Maria Collins (Romero), but he doesn't remember much about his childhood. When he was only four years old, his dad went to jail for assault with a deadly weapon. Since his quit with a dea mom was not able to provide for him, he was placed in foster care. He spent the next ten years in the system, until he was fourteen. During that time, he became a thief (the blue and black suit), stealing things he wanted because he had no other way to get them. Michael had never been much of a fighter, and when he was caught by a hero like Robin or Signal, he would opt to run instead of putting up a fight. His only weapon of defense was his electrical powers, or to just run away. At fourteen, Slade found him and took him in, teaching him to be a cold-hearted assassin and how to master his abilities. He is currently sixteen, and is still quite the thief He has to wear heavy-duty gloves and a full body suit, so that the electricity doesn't burn his skin. 2. Michael was a bit of a nerd before Slade got to him. He was quiet and polite, often feeling nervous and uncertain. But after Slade took him in, Michael's personality changed drastically. He became more serious, cold, and arrogant, angry and violent, not caring about who got in his way. 3. He hasn't seen his boyfriend in over two years
