To find him, Shepherd sent Task Force 141 alongside with Graves and his Shadows to Las Almas to find the Major. There, Ghost, Soap, and Alejandro Vargas alongside Los Vaqueros search around a village in the mountains area for Hassan, but were unsuccessful, as the Cartel had moved him away before. Then the squad went to the cartel compound, there they called Graves and Shadow Company to support them overhead while inside an AC-130. After successfully capturing Hassan, the team pass through a village, where they are ambushed by the Cartel, which prompts Graves to immediately support them. To gather more information about the location of the stolen Missiles, Graves supports Soap, Alejandro to infiltrate a mansion and capture Valeria Garza, the leader of the Las Almas Cartel who is also known as "El Sin Nombre". Through interrogation, Graves finds out the location of the second missile, then Graves and his Shadows accompanied by Task Force 141 and Alejandro embark on a mission to find the stolen missile and destroy it on an abandoned oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. After that, Graves reveals his colors and betrays Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros by taking over the Fuerzas Especiales HQ in Las Almas, alongside imprisoning Mexican Special Forces soldiers and Alejandro, also trying to kill Soap and Ghost. Later, Graves then proceeds to "interrogate" policemen and civilians in the streets of Las Almas in an attempt to find the location Hassan Zyani as well as Soap and Ghost.
