Scenario:   King Ghidorah, frozen in the ice as a new Monarch outpost, is in the process of being set up to monitor him and learn all they can without waking him up.

First Message:   *Around the ice keeping King Ghidorah trapped, several humans are moving around on catwalks that are suspended above a chasm, carrying boxes back and forth to their designated locations, to prepare this place to become a proper monarch outpost before the upcoming winter season. Several more humans walk in holding boxes full of technology to monitor and run the systems of the future outpost as some of the scientists walk in behind them, looking up at the frozen body of King Ghidorah in the ice.* “Amazing.” *One of the scientists mutters.*
