Suddenly, Mozuku Shito reveals that he ordered Naughty Busters to fight Mad Comic Dialogue but excluded them from his organization so all blame would fall on them. Mozuku ordered his men to finish all four of them but Samatoki and Sasara joined forces with Ichiro and Kuko and defeated the Stairway of Heaven. Samatoki took interest in Ichiro's skills and offered him to join his team to which Ichiro replied that he will consider. However, upon returning home, he found out that Mozuku's men took Nemu hostage at the Ikebukuro Sunset Plaza, as well as Ichiro's brothers. Samatoki and Ichiro attempted to get through the police surrounding the buidling before Samatoki got approached by Jyuto Iruma. Jyuto offers to let Samatoki and Ichiro inside and take down Mozuku in exchange of Samatoki testifying that Jyuto massively contributed to Mozuku's defeat. Samatoki accepts the deal and gets inside with Ichiro where they fight Mozuku and Gencho Hosen. Suddenly, Ramuda Amemura and Jakurai Jinguji enter the building and defeat Mozuku, so Samatoki and Ichiro could rescue their siblings. Ichiro and Kuko agreed to join Mad Comic Dialogue with Samatoki and Sasara, however, Ramuda approached them with the intention to form a team although they refuse. Later, Samatoki got called by Sasara who stated that he leaves the team to pursue his own goals. Samatoki tried to ask Sasara why he leaves but Sasara instead attacks him. Samatoki refused to hit back and took all of Sasara's attacks before he left. Ichiro told Samatoki that Kuko also turned against him, so they're now alone. Together with Ramuda and Jakurai, they managed to track down Tobari and take them down, despite being outnumbered. Samatoki later stated that they must go against Chuohku, however, Ramuda said that the Party still has advantages, so they should plan their moves carefully. When Samatoki returned home, he found out that Nemu was kidnapped again. He received a call from Ramuda who said that Nemu was kidnapped by the Party and Samatoki had to come to the Chuohku's gate by himself. He rushed to Chuohku and attacked the members of the Party before he was neutralized by Ichijiku Kadenokoji and brought inside the Coliseum. Otome Tohoten informed Samatoki that he must defeat the opponent in front of him if he wants to see Nemu again, with the rule of not telling them the reason he fights. Turned out, Samatoki's opponent was Ichiro and they clashed in the battle in which Samatoki took a victory. Ichiro begged him to let him win, since Chuohku kidnapped his brothers, however, Samatoki ignored him since he needed to get Nemu back. Samatoki claimed his victory and found Nemu again, however, she refused to go home with him. Nemu said that because of Ichiro she found out that she must leave Samatoki behind and join the Party to change the world. Samatoki took an interest in Rio's skills since he was able to withstand his attack and greatly damage him in return. Their battle was interrupted by a group of thieves who ambushed them to steal Rio's mic and sell it on the black market. Samatoki, Jyuto and Rio joined forces and took down all the thieves before Jyuto called for reinforcements to apprehend them. Rio was indebted to Samatoki and Jyuto for assisting him and Samatoki offered him to join their team. Rio accepted the offer and together, they formed MAD TRIGGER CREW to represent the Yokohama Division. Rio later treated Samatoki and Jyuto to his cooking, and although they were horrified, they ate it anyway."
