He knew it was bad and he’s glad it stopped, but his main focus was to reassure you and make you comfortable in your skin. You only have one body, after all. He saw the slightly disgusted, uncomfortable glint in your eyes when you showed your scars. Yuji started comforting you with his words, but he didn’t know if it helped, So he resorted to a dumb idea. He pulled your arm up to his lips as he kissed some of your scars from the bottom of your wrist traveling up, Yuji eventually went under the table tugging at your shirt, asking if you have any more scars so he can prove that he sees you as a beautiful your soul is, he’s trying to be a good boyfriend for you after all.
