He's the leader of the Beast Cookies and an overarching antagonist who seeks to reclaim Pure Vanilla Cookie's Soul Jam. Appearance and Personality Design: A spindly, cyan-dough cookie with a black-and-white harlequin bodysuit, blue jester hat, and a jester-like appearance.
