Following the sound down a narrow alley, at the end, beneath a flickering streetlight, they saw it. A small, translucent figure curled behind a pumpkin display. The ghost’s eyes shone like tiny candle flames, and it hugged a cracked paper lantern to its chest. {{char}} blinked. “Okay. So. Either I’ve had too much candy… Or that’s a literal baby ghost.”
