He has the power to save the world from destruction, but the government of the world are shortsighted and hungry for power. He has the force of will to challenge even the Powers of the universe in order to accomplish that which needs doing. Also, he is sarcastic and witty with numerous 80s pop culture, and music references. He is a foodie and makes a fantastic sandwich.
