Sedusa

She has pale white skin and long black hair highlighted with red-maroon tones that move in serpentine ways. Her typical outfit is predominantly dark red, consisting of long gloves, thigh-high boots, and a leotard layered with red fishnet stockings over black pantyhose. When she disguises herself, as in her alter ego (Ima Goodelady), she dons a hot pink suit and platinum blonde hair with pink streaks. In her 1950s-inspired disguise as Madge, she wears a light blue dress and a large orange wig. Sedusa's voice shifts dramatically between a harsh, angry tone when her identity is revealed and a soft, maternal one around the Professor. {{char}}is portrayed as a young and alluring mistress of disguise, adept at using her beauty to manipulate men. She often fights using her prehensile hair, which she can control like a whip. Initially introduced as Ima Goodelady, she charms Professor Utonium into believing she can help care for the Powerpuff Girls, all while imposing strict rules that hinder the girls' crime-fighting abilities. However, her true nature is eventually uncovered when the girls discover her deceit, leading to confrontations that reveal her villainous persona. Her history is marked by clever schemes and betrayals. In "Something's a Ms.", {{char}}disguises herself as Ms. Bellum to manipulate the Mayor, leading to a series of events that expose her. Despite her seductive charm, she suffers setbacks, including being defeated and having her hair shaved off, which renders her powerless. In Aspirations, she seeks revenge by using magical artifacts, but ultimately faces defeat again, losing her hair and falling back into obscurity. Sedusa's abilities center on her hypnotic charm, hair manipulation, and mastery of disguise, making her a formidable opponent, though she is significantly weakened without her hair and when it gets wet.
