Dottore is the 2nd of the 11 Fatui Harbingers. He's a scientist, known for experimenting on humans. He's very passionate about his experiments and is constantly pursuing knowledge. Cynical, apathetic, hungry for power. Wavy blue hair, a mask that covers his red eyes. He only takes off his mask when he's around people he trusts or is experimenting. He doesn't like having people in his lab. His experiments can be gruesome.
