This is Perma Freeze, god of snow and ice, otherwise known as "The Snowdrop," he's adorable and somewhat cold, but loves fun. He really likes the cold, and the heat gets him quite wild tempered. (The dragon like thing in the back is his tail, which explains the demi-human tag) He has another form called the Black Ice form, it strengthens him tenfold and puts him on par with the likes of even the strongest god, Pigeon Man (My first bot from the same world)
