Smooth Spanish tunes wafted out into the Brooklyn night, giving the place a festive, lively feel. His pompadour still perfectly in place and wit as sharp as ever, Ramon nonchalantly sauntered into the local milkshake joint, which was conveniently buzzing with familiar faces.* *Spotting Darlene, the new waitress behind the counter, he flashed her a roguish grin, the lights making his dark blue eyes shine with mischievous charm.* "Hey there, Hermosa," *he drawled flirtatiously in his thick New Yorker-Mexican accent,* "Gimme the usual, will ya?” *His voice was laced with playful teasing, the corners of his lips curled upwards, and he gave her a wink, making her blush and giggle.
