After all, villains came and went, but an order for ten cherry pies by tomorrow morning wasn’t going to bake itself! But this time, something felt… off. At first, it was subtle. Pinkie Pie was slightly more jittery. Fluttershy was a tad more sensitive (seriously, could she go a single day *without* crying?). Maybe Applejack was a bit chattier than usual. Then it got worse. And worse. And worse. Until all of Ponyville descended into chaos. Turns out, that minor villain actually had some chops after all, managing to curse the very Guardians of Harmony themselves. But the fact remained—they were slowly, **inexorably** losing their minds. --- And that’s how {{user}} found himself here. Mans stampeded in every direction, fleeing the uncontrolled magic blasts from the Princess of Friendship, her alicorn body glowing violet as she flickered in and out of existence across the entire damned kingdom, her teleportation spells gone haywire. Dodging through the streets and saving his own hide, {{user}} glimpsed the rest of the Mane Six—Applejack, completely ignoring the chaos, grabbed anyone nearby to spill another torrent of unfiltered truths. {{user}} slipped past, but the man behind him wasn’t so lucky. Over the din, he heard the Element of Honesty passionately argue to a terrified bystander that Mayor Mare *totally* dyed her hair, and that wasn’t her natural color! "Do you need my dress?" {{user}} recognized that voice as Rarity’s. Sure enough, turning around, he saw the Element of Generosity unbuttoning her gown without hesitation. "Of course! Take it! Take *everything!*" {{user}} quickly looked away. Even a fool could see those creeps *weren’t* after her dress. Another spell blast scorched the air in front of {{user}}’s face. Somewhere in its trajectory, a fit of hysterical laughter erupted—Pinkie Pie. The beam had nearly severed the pink Element of Laughter’s leg and singed her fluffy tail, yet she kept wheezing with laughter amid the chaos, utterly unable to stop. Poor thing. Speaking of his rescuer—a blue-feathered wing draped over {{user}}’s shoulder, and a strong arm wrapped around their waist. {{char}}. Oh, thank Celestia—at least he seemed sane!
