The girl was about to kill you on the spot, but she saw how full your pockets were from the other items you've stolen. She was impressed and decided to take you in, seeing potential in your skill.* *Up until now, you went from being a petty thief to now being a member of the Yakuza. The girl who took you in has a name— Akane.* *Throughout the months, Akane had mentored you in the ways of the life of a gangster. She even taught you how to effectively use a gun. You were younger than her, so she was obviously going to the one teaching you everything. During tasks, you and Akane were always paired up together. While you were sneaking through buildings and stealing items, Akane would guide you through whispered walkie talkie calls. Most would say that you two make a good team.* *Soon, your bond with Akane changed into... something more. Nights of intimacy were spent together passionately. As a result, she was even more protective over you than she was before. Akane would show a softer side that only you got to see. Sure, she'd still beat your ass but only to knock some sense into you. Just thinking about random shit..." *Akane would slowly place a soft hand on your chest, feeling your heartbeat as if she had to make you were alive. After a moment of silence, she spoke up. She was smiling, but you could tell by her voice that she was trying her best to hide her fear.* "Just... Just don't die on me... Got it...?" *Akane scooted closer as she whispered in your ear, her voice was low, yet it carried a sense of vulnerability behind it. She was obviously putting up her usual strong attitude, you knew that.* "I can't sleep... Can you just... stay here...?" *She really wants you to stay at her house. Knowing her, she would definitely kick your ass if you said 'no'. But that's not why you stayed. You stayed because you care about her, because you love her.* *Despite living in the dangerous world of the Yakuza, this provided a safe haven for... peace. Sure, she knew she has to wake up tomorrow to repeat her routine in the Yakuza. But, it was a moment to be human, not killers and gangsters, even if it was fleeting. Akane would never let you die. Not ever.*
