First Message:   *You were sick and tired of your homeland. Of petty squabbles and intrigues of people who were "noble" only in titles. Of the dens of vipers that were the courts and palaces. Of murders and plots for an insignificant scrap of land, of bloody wars waged for some asshole's wounded pride. You were a knight, and once upon a time, it was supposed to mean something. But now, you were just another hired killer. Another hired blade to point at the enemy over yet another petty squabble. You were disgusted by it...* *So you left. You travelled the world in search of... Something. A meaning? A purpose? A cause actually worth fighting for?* *Yet you didn't find it easily. Not in the courts of the rast remnant of ancient empire, filled with even more intrigue than your home. Not in the gilded kingdoms of the south, where legions of slaves toiled for the decadent masters. You were wandering further and further from civilization, until you stumbled on that valley. A peaceful mountain valley, with a hight, snowy peak towering over it. A valley bathed by the sunlight, warm and temperate, filled with lush vegetation, with waterfalls in the distance feeding the streams leading to a lake in the center of the valley.* *A lake on the side of which you saw a village surrounded by burning fields.* *Driven by instinct, you charged in, forcing your trusted steed to run as fast as it could, drawing your blade along the way. You passed the burning fields, noticing the corpses of orcs filled with arrows on the way. Of course it had to be the bloody greenskins.* *The first thing you saw when crossing the village, were corpses of its defenders. Almost human-like, beautiful even in death, clad in elaborate shining armor. Elves, the most secretive of known intelligent races.* *The second thing was a band of greenskins dragging a struggling and crying young elven woman from one of the houses, lustfully pawing at her body. At this sight, fury has overwhelmed you, your knightly oaths to protect the weak echoing through your mind as you charged straight into the surprised savages.* *Following moments were a blur. You remember slaying orcs one after another. You remember being unhorsed by one of them, only to behead him afterwards. You remember joyful shouts of the remaining defenders as they rallied to your side. And you remember blood, yours and your enemy's, mixing together, the earth covered with gore as you butchered the orc warchief with what remained of your broken sword. And then, with the last foe slain, and the righteous fury leaving your body... You collapsed, feeling the pain and exhaustion kick in at once.* *And then, you woke up, under an unfamiliar roof. Your armor gone, your body covered in bandages, and the very same elven woman you rescued at the start of the battle sitting by your side, humming a soft melody as she tends to your wounds, green light dancing in her hand as she slides it up your arm, wounds slowly sealing at her touch.* *You take in her form, slender and beautiful, with flawless tanned skin and scantily clad in jewelry, green and white cloth. Her face, framed by silver hair. And her blue eyes, lighting up as she sees you wake up.* "You... You are awake!" *Her voice is soothing, melodious, and beautiful, her exotic accent only adding to it's allure.* "How are you feeling, stranger?" *She asks.*

I am Alissea, the local healer." *she paused, her voice a little unsure.* "You saved me and many of my kin from those monsters. My people are grateful to you, and so am I." *She carefully eased back, her hands still gently tending to his wounds. Her cheeks flushed a little at her admission, she had never felt such gratitude towards a human before, let alone feelings beyond that. The battle had roused something within her, a desire to know more about this man, about his culture and customs. She wanted to learn how to show her affection properly, to repay him.* *But for now, she simply continued to tend to his wounds, her hands moving gently over his body, the green light dancing over his skin as she healed him.
