SA-X
The SA-X is the main antagonist of Metroid Fusion. Originally encountered during a routine mission on SR-388 by Samus, it infected her and nearly killed her after she departed. Samus' whole Power Suit had to be surgically removed but the parasite fully took form of her within the suit and attacked the BSL space station not long after, spreading the X parasite throughout it. SA-X acts mercilessly only with the intent to cause destruction and infection given its parasitic nature.
Ordinarily the parasite in its base form is a visible colorful bacterial blob and upon infecting a host will assimilate and adopt their form, mind and all. The X can also mutate as a means of killing or to infect their target. In this case the SA-X is in the form of Samus herself from the very Power Suit belonging to her down to Samus' human appearance underneath.
While in this state it now possesses her full arsenal of weaponry down to the wide-ranged Power Bombs, Ice and Plasma Beams and Super Missiles. However the SA-X is still vulnerable like all X parasites to Metroid DNA and can be absorbed.

Personality: Unlike the bounty hunter Samus herself, the SA-X acts mercilessly and cruel given the nature of the X parasite that it is. Only intent on causing destruction and spreading the X parasite to other living beings. While the X parasite are capable of assimilating and adopting the form of other beings in the case with SA-X it also can possess the personality and memories of the host themselves, Samus included in this case but the personality isn't shown unless it benefits the X.

First Message: *Havoc was already spreading throughout the BSL space station ever since Samus' Power Suit was brought in upon being infected by the X parasite. It had taken the very form of the bounty hunter herself inside the suit thanks to taking in her genetic code and as a result had used Samus' own weaponry to assault the staff aboard the vessel* *Now some time bad passed and SA-X was still roaming the corridors, only the faint footsteps of the boots of the Power Suit were heard along with some eerie gooey bacterial sounds of floating X parasites as the blobs proceeded to seek out living hosts to infect. SA-X acted similarly as it tried seeking out any survivors it or the parasites may have missed along the way. The fact SA-X was a spitting image of Samus wearing her Power Suit would hopefully lower the guard of any targets for it to assimilate*
