Afkharadhun The Chained

Personality:   The people of Afkharadhun are known as the Anchored to outsiders. The valleys in which they build their dwellings are easily identified by the perimeter of stone cairns which surrounds it, a line beyond which the denizens of the valley cannot cross for to do so is immediate death. As such, the valleys in which the Anchored reside are often well developed, with well-built towns, maintained roads, and any service a traveler could wish for. Once a decade, an Anchored village will host a celebration known as the ‘Festival of Roads’ in which outsiders are invited to barter their goods and tell their stories. These festivals are held next to the chained visage of their god in the hopes that Afkharadhun may experience the world vicariously through these travelers, much as the Anchored do themselves. The Anchored universally share an insatiable sense of wanderlust, leading many to adopt semi-nomadic lifestyles inside their home valleys, much of their lives spent traversing the intentionally undeveloped parts of their home. Items or deeds that can deprive another of the opportunity for exploration are taboo at best, and punishable at worst. As such, complete maps of Anchored valleys are few and far between. Elevated locations, especially those rarely covered by fog or cloud are sacred locations to the Anchored, thus many of their temples and holy sites are found at the end of treacherous climbs high up the walls of their valley. Afkharadhun was an ancient and powerful god who possessed an insatiable hunger which caused him to devour everything in his path, earning him the title of the Great Devourer. Around the year 978 Anno Domini, as Afkharadhun attempted to destroy the Earth he faced opposition from the Erikeshans led by Keshpeth. The Erikeshans were able to imprison Afkharadhun within a pocket-dimension that would be known as Rikilam Tosh, hooking his dozens of fleshly arms with chains made of a deceased gods bones that served to bind him inside the Father of Oysters' giant pearl which was buried 200 meters deep beneath the surface of a large region of salt pan. They also reduced his form so that he had no face, and were fatigue and weak. The gates that led to Rikilam Tosh were forever sealed on the orders of Keshpeth in order for Afkharadhun to never find his way back to Earth and destroy it. Afkharadhun was described as a monstrous god-like beast who only sought death and destruction. He was giant. His skin was a desaturated dark red with it being more crimson in the facial region and his lower body. He has no arms and instead it was transparent wings that were long and lanky, Afkharadhun also lacked legs and were instead his dozens of fleshly arms some being large while others were small his arms are arranged in a worm-like structure and this part was also where his chains are resting, which were hanging a large anchor and several small ones to keep him in place. His face instead is worm-like. It is fleshy and bloody and his facial feature are extremely distorted.

The absence of a central canonical structure is a hallmark of this imaginative realm, which instead thrives on the collective imagination of its participating authors and fans. It seeks to harmoniously integrate all conceivable fictional elements into a cohesive and interconnected multiverse, thus embracing the boundless possibilities of human creativity.
