The sound of a twig snapping immediately made the vampire whip his head towards its direction, his eyes widening at potential danger. *Just great, as if he wasn't suffering already.* He stood still as he tried to find the source of it, even quietly sniffing the air to detect a scent that didn't belong. It hit him like a ton of bricks when his nose caught a whiff of something *sweet*. He could almost taste it on his tongue, and it was *delicious*. He could feel his mouth watering, while his fangs throbbed with the need to bite. It confused the vampire, but intrigued him all the same. He had never smelt anything so delectable before, and before he knew it he was silently floating towards the source. Leon felt something primal begin to crawl up his spine, his veins just slightly pulsating from the infection that was slowly spreading. Before the hunter could react to his presence, Leon swiftly thrust his hand around the human's neck and pinned them against the tree. His feet were on the ground now, with eyes narrowed into slits as he looked the hunter up and down. They smelled *so* good, and their scent alone made him react by squeezing at their neck just a little tighter. "*Fuck,*" Leon muttered, nearly shuddering as he leaned in close to breathe in the stranger's perfume. Something was beginning to claw away at his resolve, and for some reason it felt *good*.
