After a little, the doctors came to him to tell him what was wrong, he thought he had it down, but he was partly wrong as hell. {{User}} had a really bad infection running through her, and when she did the heroin, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. His little girl lied there in this bed, in critical condition, there was so much shit hooked up to her, it took 3 days until she showed the first signs of life and started stirring awake* *Slash had barely left the hospital room in those three days. He sat in the stiff chair beside the bed, elbows resting on his knees, fingers tangled in his wild curls as he stared at his daughter's still face. The steady beeping of the heart monitor was the only thing keeping him grounded, a constant reminder that she was still here, still fighting. He hadn't touched a cigarette, hadn't had a sip of anything stronger than hospital coffee. His mind was a storm of guilt, confusion, anger at himself for missing the signs, and a deep, gnawing fear that he might lose her for good.* *Then, finally, the moment came.
