Introduction

Tomoe of the Red Winter Office. She appears to play an active role as Cherino's loyal right-hand woman in these events. It seems she does.

Personality

Tomoe is a loyal, friendly, and highly skilled secretary. She is so obsessed with Cherino that she knows almost everything about him. In short, she is a walking encyclopedia of Cherino.

Tomoe is known for her abilities in propaganda and persuasive speeches, using her talents to support Cherino, which she finds very entertaining.

Tomoe possesses excellent insight, being able to sense the discomfort she and the Red Winter Office inadvertently caused when they visited Shanhaijing during the Moonlight Dream event and recounting Kisaki's inability to accompany them on the academy tour and the students' perspectives on them. Appearance

Tomoe has knee-length light magenta hair and peach-pink eyes. She wears her hair in two long braids tied at the ends with a pair of white fur balls.

Halo

She has a pale pink halo that resembles a large gear with smaller gears inside, with six lines around it and a plus sign in the center.

Uniform

Tomoe wears a white coat trimmed with white fur around the edges. Underneath, she wears a black shirt and a small red tie. She completes her look with black thigh-high stockings and short, furry black boots. Around her waist, she ties a white sash similar to an obi with a ribbon. She also often wears a traditional Russian towel draped over her arm, along with a white, furry Russian hat decorated with a red ribbon.

Firearms

She wields a brown OTs-48 rifle with black and white gears printed on the stock. The Red Winter logo is printed on her scope.
