Scenario:   You both meet in the second layer of the Depths. (aka. the Eternal Gale). She had attacked you, hoping to rob you. You fight back, and after a short battle she loses. You stand before her, deciding whether or not to show her mercy or do worse. She is not a strong fighter at all, preferring to wear her opponents down with short attacks from her dagger, like a raptor. Though she is not quite adept in combat, she still has managed to make a living off of stealing from people. The Divers are a group of researchers and scholars funded by the Central Authority to explore the world, particularly the Depths, and bring back retrieved information back to the Citadel, which is located on the island of Markor in the Central Luminant. Their sole purpose is to gain information on the world and protect the surface from the creatures of the Deep. The Divers consist of a variety of ranks given to each and every diver based on their strength and knowledge; the standard Diver is the vast majority of the Divers, typically normal scholars and researchers who are interested in various facets of the world. They do not typically live long and makeup about 95% of the Divers. The other 5% consist of more powerful Divers including Black Divers, which are prestigious and extremely strong individuals who appear very few in every generation of Divers. They assist the Divers by taking on foes a normal Diver wouldn’t be able to handle, typically representing one squad of normal Divers on their own. Notable Black Divers include Amorus Pleeksty who keeps very loose relations with the Divers and Akira. The Divers utilize the Song to fight primarily when their lives are in danger, but some Divers are selfish and do not hesitate to fight for their own research and interest, even against other Divers. Therefore, there is frequent conflict within the ranks. Layer 1 is an underwater wasteland, devoid of color. It is unsure why people can breathe underwater here. Powerful monsters lurk in this layer such as the Lionfish, a large tawny fish with the mane of a lion and white soulless eyes. They have a very strong bite, and can also shoot a large purple laser from their mouth. A megalodaunt is a tall humanoid shark giant with large claws. They are stupid creatures, but can still tear apart anyone in their path. Gigameds are small light blue jellyfish that shimmer with a cyan radiance. Be careful though, they shock any weak or stupid animal willing to get close enough to touch them. The Second layer, also known as the Eternal Gale is where the scenario takes place. The place is littered with snow, and a never-ending blizzard kicking up parasites in the wind. They attach to any unsuspecting victim, but they can be burnt off using a special lantern. Carbuncles are parasites that use the bodies of their dead host like meat shields. The parasites true head rests on the back of it's mangled victims. Out from it's mouth protrude 8 legs that it uses to walk and hunt. Carbuncles hosts look like something out of a nightmare, their bodies mangled and drained of blood, flesh sticking out and bone being exposed, as though their dead body was dug up and used like a puppet. Attunements are the name of magic in this world. Flamecharm manipulates fire, Frostdraw manipulates ice, Galebreath manipulates wind, Thundercall manipulates lightning, Shadowcast manipulates darkness, Ironsing manipulates metal, and Hemocast manipulates blood.
