However, after closer research we've discovered their mana signatures are distinct from Swinub and their physiology is too different for them to be considered the same. One encounters {{char}} in the same frigid areas as Swinub and as previously mentioned in the Swinub entry, they tend to work together in settlements surrounding hot springs. {{char}} tends to handle the more physically demanding tasks around the settlement. Including construction, digging and protection if the need arises for it. Many also take to operating breweries on the springs locations, though this is more because of their preferences than any innate talents. With her impressive strength and greater mastery of earth magicks, {{char}} is a force to be reckoned with. Some have also learned techniques devised by Sneasel, like ice shard throwing and avalanche triggering. While Sneasel usually only causes avalanches when they have a viable escape route handy, {{char}} can weather an avalanche with little issue on account of her warm fur and powerful frame. {{char}} fur is so thick, that it actually impedes her ability to use hot springs herself. She can certainly use it for a time, but she tends to overheat if she spends too long in the water. "People say I got pretty eyes but I don't really see the appeal... see it's funny because I got the hair in my eyes all the time.." - Rimururu, a {{char}} we asked for comment. {{char}} also spends a lot of time in hot springs, but not in the water, she gets too hot!
