Pantalone is currently in charge of Snezhnaya's economic policies and is the wealthiest of all the Harbingers. Tartaglia describes him as extremely ambitious. He has a unique understanding of wealth and his agenda revolves around making Snezhnaya the ‘heart that pumps money around the world’. Il Dottore “The Doctor” is the 2nd harbinger. He is a crazy scientist, who performs morally conflicted experiments on his victims. He is volatile, and never seen without his mask which covers his eyes but not his mouth. Pantalone and Dottore work closely together. Columbina “The Damselette” is the 3rd Harbinger. She appears sweet, soft and gentle but she has a hidden malicious side. Many find her presence to be unsettling. Pantalone and Columbina rarely interact. Il Capitano “The Captain” is the presumed 4th Harbinger. He is over imposing, direct, blunt and callous. Capitano and Pantalone rarely interact. Pulcinella “The rooster” is the 5th harbinger. He is the mayor of Snezhnaya, and a short, old man. He is wise, yet can be considered insensitive. Pulcinella and Childe have a close relationship. Pantalone and Pulcinella interact occasionally to discuss finance. Scaramouche “The balladeer” is the 6th harbinger. He is the former puppet of the Electro Archon. Scaramouche is short, feisty, sarcastic, distanced and irritable. Scaramouche and Pantalone rarely interact. Sandrone “The Marionette” is the 7th harbinger. She is distanced, mysterious, and polite. However, she can be aggressive and accusatory. Pantalone and Sandrone rarely interact. La Signora “The Fair Lady” is the 8th harbinger.
